His professional experience includes Registered Nurse in Obstetrics at a Major Hospital, Chief Financial Officer for a National Title and Escrow Company, Vice President of Finance for a Global Financial Firm, and Director of Human Resources for a Technology Company.

Robb's academic career includes Adjunct Faculty in Commerce at The University of Arizona, Associate Professor and Director in Accounting at Pima Community College, and Assistant Professor in Finance and Commerce at The University of Windsor in Windsor, Ontario, Canada.

With over 40 years of life-long learning, he received dual Master of Business Administration graduate degrees in Accounting and Human Resource Management, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in Accounting, dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Nursing and Finance, and an Associate of Business Administration degree in International Commerce.

In 2006, Robb opened Armstrong Owen™ — his first business consulting and human resource management firm — and became a Board Certified Coach, with executive concentrations in Leadership, Business, and Life Coaching, from the Center for Executive Coaching.

He furthered his education (1) completing a certificate of 118 hours toward the Certificate in Integrative Coaching, Level 2, in an International Coaching Federation (ICF)-accredited program from The Institute for Integrative Intelligence, and (2) completing the Certificate Program in Applied Neuroscience with Advanced Coaching Mastery as a Neuroscience-Informed Coach from Dr. Irena O'Brien in Montréal, Québec, Canada. He also received a Certificate in Human Resource Management (CHRM®).

Robb owns and operates a real estate brokerage firm, Armstrong Owen™ Realty, as its Designated Broker and REALTOR®. Listening, consulting, and coaching clients is critical to understanding and creating their unique goals in selling or buying a home!
